We have the Field Coin, that is given out after 6 months of service to employees in non-leadership roles. Next is the President’s Coin, which is given to those who have gone above and beyond PCC’s already high standards. Our third coin is the Leadership Coin, this coin is given to our superintendents, foreman and team leaders “Do It Right, Do It Once, Do It On Time”.
