The Hammer Day Award is bestowed upon the PCC employee who best demonstrates the values of People, Customers & Commitment. The individual that receives this award is nominated by his fellow employees for his/her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done well. We presented the first Hammer Day Award to Augustine Hernandez on June 6, 2008. He was presented the award at our 10th anniversary celebration.
